Our Team
George Bradbury
George started his 20 year career with Pitney Bowes (http://www.pb.com) as a Sales Representative, rapidly advancing through Sales and Marketing Management, finally serving as Vice President of Marketing. George left Pitney Bowes to start Precision Tune (http://www.precisiontune.com) in the Northeast. George grew the business from start-up to twenty-six locations, with revenues that reached $18M, at which point the company was sold. During the early years of the automotive business a smaller consulting project was taken on that inevitably led to a position as the President of Response Communications, a $35 million direct
marketing company.
In the mid-nineties, George moved to Georgia where he became a cofounder of a mergers and acquisitions company that concentrated on middle market businesses, while simultaneously looking for businesses to purchase. George was introduced to Lee Williamson, the other half of Bradbury & Williamson, Inc. (http://www.bwresults.com). George and Lee grew their executive search firm to become the sixth largest firm in Atlanta and the largest firm in the country within their banking specialty.
In 2004, George sold his interest in Bradbury & Williamson, Inc. and moved to Costa Rica. Since moving there, George has continued his passion for starting and running companies by forming not one, but two real estate companies. His four year old real-estate company Buyers Agents of Costa Rica (http://buyersagentscostarica.com) is the only Costa Rican member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (www.leadingre.com) with a network of more than 650 brokers around the world.
After seeing a resurgence in parts of Latin America, George went on to form a company that targets upscale buyers throughout Central and South America, One Million Plus S.A., a business specializing in finding and listing only the finest Costa Rica luxury homes. Numerous prospects looking for high-end purchases or attractive business opportunities have approached One Million Plus for its services and come from all over the world including Venezuela, Honduras and Europe. We are members of Luxury Portfolio (http://www.luxuryportfolio.com).
George’s continuous enthusiasm for starting new companies has led him to where he is today. With his successful track record, he has become an integral part of the arrival of Brad’s Grille (www.bradsgrille.com) to Costa Rica. This upscale 140 seat sports bar and restaurant opened in Santa Ana CR in December of 2008 A second Brad’s Grille is scheduled to open in 2010.
His latest venture, Resort Maps (http://resortmaps.com), is a company that produces colorful, hand-drawn maps of resort towns and cities and provides them free of charge to area visitors, restaurants and many other suitable venues. With a well received product that fills a void in the market, and currently produces more than 22 million maps annually. The first map in Central America will be published in June 2010.
