Five years ago, I visited Costa Rica with my family, and we immediately fell in love with this beautiful country. Back then, we decided that we wanted to buy something there in the future. Well, the future arrived and this last March I contacted George Bradbury from Buyer's Agents Real Estate and started the process. Not knowing anyone personally in CR, I was a bit hesitant about making such an investment, but after speaking with George, I knew that I had made the right decision. He spent a lot of time with me via e-mails and phone calls talking about the different areas in Costa Rica, pricing, and amenities. I flew down and spent 3 full days looking at approximately 32 properties with the aid of Ingrid Ortiz, a sales consultant. She had planned my 3-day itinerary and drove me around looking at places and answering my endless list of questions. Why no street addresses? Maid's quarters are common in most places? What is a corporation? I was introduced to a wonderful attorney [Grettel Caldera] who explained the entire legal process in purchasing a home in Costa Rica. This was all in the time span of my complete five day trip. Now I am the proud owner of a slice of paradise in Santa Ana. The made it all so simple, taking care of all of the arrangements from 5 hours away. I was thrilled with the personalized attention and the friendliness of George's entire staff. They made purchasing a house out of the geographical United States a reality. If and when you visit Coast Rica, you will be smitten by the charm and beauty of its people, its customs, and the natural beauty of the country. Take the plunge and discover Costa Rica. We did!

My daughter Alana and I just returned from our 8 day Costa Rica coast-line tour with Ingrid Ortiz from Buyer's Agents of Costa Rica. Two weeks prior to our departure, I contacted George Bradbury and let him know what I was looking for. He recommended Ingrid and she set up an itinerary for us which included all the listings and any others that she thought would meet our criteria. Overall, we were not disappointed and even pleasantly surprised at the accommodations Ingrid recommended. Our travels took us to the southeast and southwest coast, central pacific and up the northwest coast. During our journey, we saw everything that we wanted to see and more while Ingrid educated us about the Costa Rican ways and introduced us to delicious Costa Rican foods (ceviche being one of them). All in all it was an awesome trip that we thoroughly enjoyed. We now have an increased knowledge and fondness of Costa Rica and consider George, Geovanni and most of all Ingrid, our friends. Dear Geovanni and George. I wanted to formally thank you both for finding me my "Dream House in Costa Rica". I had spent almost 2 years searching with other realtors until I discovered "Buyer's Agents of Costa Rica" and you immediately starting showing me exactly what I wanted to see. ( verses others who showed me what they wanted to sell).
