There are two houses, one of 280 square meters (built in 2007) and another of 340 square meters (completed in 2008) – there is a rancho for parties that is fully equipped with a bathroom and shower, and a swimming pool with jacuzzi. There is a water heater fueld by solar plates and there is a cellar for tools and more

Each of the two houses has its own driveway.

Nicaraguan tiled roofs, Spanish faucets, doorknobs and locks in old bronze imported from Spain. Tongue and groove wood ceilings in kitchen, bedrooms, balcony, terrace, library. GARDEN ZONE, RANCHO AND POOL:
The rancho has a capacity for about 60 people and a bar and cabinets, a fully equipped with toilet, shower and sink, with spectacular Thai designed roof. The whole area of the rancho has sidewalks and a set of modern tables and chairs and a table made in Guatemala with 1800 railroad ties - total wrought iron design.

Power sound system. The pool is surrounded by plants and palm trees, lampposts and four Spanish-style wrought iron and cast iron lamps in the old Spanish design. Ceramic table for up to 14 people covered by the solar panels to harness the shadow. Bottom of the pool decorated with images of tropical fish and turtle in Valencian ceramics from Manises. Pool interior illuminated by two high-powered spotlights.

Between the rancho and the main house a circular platform (deck) was built out of oak trees and surrounds an old Savannah Oak tree, the highest in the farm. There is also a large bird cage for parakeets.

SECOND HOUSE:
Construction of 280 square meters. Independent access to the main house with its own gate. Hot water. Electricity: independent of the main house. Three bedrooms - a master bedroom with private bathroom. A second bathroom to be is shared by the other two bedrooms.

FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES ALL INCLUDED:
- Three 32-inch Sony Bravia TVs.
- Four sound systems: one at the rancho (Sony), one in the main room, another in the master bedroom and the fourth in the library.
- A vitroceramic gas stove, an oven and a microwave; all Teka name brand.
- LG refrigerator with icemaker; ice cubes or ground ice.

- Whirlpool washing machine; capacity 20 kilos.

The complex has its own water system supplied from a well and the main house has a huge tank to maintain a water supply throughout the year.

ENTRANCE AND MAIN HOUSE FEATURES:

The main gate is a Spanish style, made from super strong Guatemalan wood, decorated with wrought-iron veneer. There is a screen and audio intercom system, which one can respond to from the kitchen, library, hallway and bedroom. All doors, windows and furniture are made of mahogany or cedar brought from the city of Antigua in Guatemala and assembled on the property.
