This is a very modern and functional home. It counts with a nice green area at front and a very nice entrance with a double wide door.  From the outside you can not see anything but a white wall; this gives a lot of privacy. It has three rooms and two bathrooms in the second floor. On the first floor formal living room and dining room form a big area that can be made into a larger one if you open the glass door that takes to the green areas at front of the house. Lots of windows give a lot of light and fresh air to all rooms. The kitchen is a delight; it has good quality cabinets and appliances (included).
